Rallis India shares surged more than 5% in Friday’s trade after the company posted a resilient set of numbers for the second quarter of FY26, driven by steady revenue growth and a solid bottom-line performance. As of 9:22 AM, the shares were trading 5.84% higher at Rs 300.95.
On a year-on-year basis, Rallis India’s consolidated revenue rose 7.2% to ₹861 crore from ₹928 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹154 crore, compared to ₹166 crore a year ago, marking a 7.2% decline. However, the EBITDA margin remained stable at 17.9%, reflecting consistent operational efficiency.
Net profit for the quarter increased 4.1% to ₹102 crore, up from ₹98 crore in Q2FY25, supported by improved product mix and cost control measures.
