Voltas Ltd. reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 140.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, down 57.9% year-on-year from Rs 335 crore in Q1 FY25. On a sequential basis, net profit also declined from Rs 235.69 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,938.58 crore, marking a 19.7% drop from Rs 4,921.02 crore in the same quarter last year. Compared to the previous quarter, revenue was lower than Rs 4,767.56 crore recorded in Q4 FY25.

Total income for the quarter came in at Rs 4,020.65 crore, down from Rs 5,001.27 crore in Q1 FY25. Expenses for the period were at Rs 3,792.05 crore, versus Rs 4,520.40 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 202.72 crore, a sharp fall from Rs 451.52 crore in Q1 FY25. The company incurred a total tax expense of Rs 62.11 crore during the quarter, compared to Rs 116.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.
