Shares of Shriram Properties rallied 11% after the company reported a strong set of Q4 FY26 results, driven by sharp growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹78.5 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a sharp growth of nearly 65% compared to ₹47.7 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations surged 57.2% YoY to ₹640.9 crore in the March 2026 quarter, compared to ₹407.7 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting strong execution and healthy demand across projects.

Total income for the quarter stood at ₹662.7 crore, up 55% from ₹427.5 crore reported a year ago.

At the operating level, total expenses increased to ₹575.4 crore in Q4 FY26 versus ₹385.5 crore in the year-ago period, mainly due to higher land, material, and construction-related costs amid strong project activity.

The company reported profit before tax (PBT) of ₹68.9 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹62.6 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a growth of around 10%.

For the full financial year FY26, Shriram Properties reported total income of ₹1,356.9 crore, compared to ₹973.4 crore in FY25, while annual net profit rose to ₹100.8 crore from ₹77.3 crore.
