RITES Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹90.89 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), remaining nearly flat compared to ₹90.44 crore in Q1 FY25.

The company’s total income for the quarter rose slightly to ₹511.72 crore, up from ₹508.25 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations stood at ₹489.74 crore, up marginally from ₹485.76 crore a year ago.

Expenses during the quarter came in at ₹392.50 crore, compared to ₹395.44 crore in Q1 FY25. The company reported a profit before tax of ₹121.59 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹114.98 crore in the same period last year.

Sequentially, the net profit was down from ₹141.33 crore in Q4 FY25, while revenue declined from ₹615.43 crore in the previous quarter.
