The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹26.4 crore for the quarter, marking a steep 53.2% drop compared to ₹56.5 crore in the same period last year. The decline in bottom line comes despite strong top-line growth and higher operating earnings.
Revenue from operations surged 94.2% YoY to ₹540 crore in Q3, compared to ₹278 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The robust growth in revenue indicates strong business momentum and likely contribution from acquisitions and expansion across global travel and hospitality markets.
At the operating level, EBITDA rose 44% YoY to ₹87 crore versus ₹61 crore in the year-ago quarter. However, EBITDA margin contracted significantly to 16.1% compared to 21.8% in Q3 last year, reflecting pressure on profitability.
