Rajoo Engineers reported a strong year-on-year performance in the December 2025 quarter (Q3 FY26), with broad-based growth across revenue and profitability compared with the same period last year (Q3 FY25). All figures below are converted from ₹ lakh to ₹ crore for easier comparison.

For Q3 FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹87.60 crore, compared with ₹56.08 crore in Q3 FY25. This reflects a year-on-year increase of about 56.2%, driven by higher execution and improved order conversion during the quarter. Total income for the quarter rose to ₹90.04 crore from ₹57.98 crore a year ago, marking a YoY growth of roughly 55.3%.

On the cost side, total expenses increased to ₹68.72 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹46.44 crore in Q3 FY25, a rise of nearly 47.9% year-on-year. The increase in expenses was in line with higher operating activity, including higher material consumption and other operating costs.

Despite the rise in expenses, profitability improved at a faster pace. Profit before tax for the December 2025 quarter came in at ₹21.32 crore, compared with ₹11.54 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, translating into a YoY growth of around 84.7%. After accounting for taxes, net profit for the quarter rose to ₹17.22 crore from ₹8.89 crore in Q3 FY25, registering a year-on-year increase of approximately 93.7%.
