Premier Energies reported a strong performance for the quarter ended March 2026, with consolidated net profit surging 64.4% year-on-year (YoY) driven by robust revenue growth and improved operational performance.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹456.84 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹277.81 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations rose 37.6% YoY to ₹2,230.30 crore in the March quarter against ₹1,620.84 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Total income increased 35.0% YoY to ₹2,268.90 crore from ₹1,680.32 crore in the year-ago period.

Profit before tax (PBT) jumped 62.4% YoY to ₹597.87 crore as compared to ₹368.09 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.

At the operating level, total expenses climbed 27.0% YoY to ₹1,676.06 crore versus ₹1,321.04 crore in Q4 FY25.

Employee benefit expenses increased 82.9% YoY to ₹44.52 crore compared to ₹24.35 crore last year, while finance costs declined 3.9% YoY to ₹41.48 crore.

Depreciation and amortisation expenses fell 55.1% YoY to ₹79.12 crore from ₹176.61 crore in the same quarter last year.

For the full financial year FY26, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹7,824.37 crore, registering a 20.0% increase from ₹6,518.75 crore in FY25.

Annual net profit surged 61.9% YoY to ₹1,509.69 crore compared to ₹931.73 crore reported in the previous financial year.

Profit before tax for FY26 stood at ₹1,973.21 crore, up 59.1% from ₹1,239.97 crore in FY25.
