Shares of Mphasis were in focus after the company reported its consolidated audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

For Q3 FY26, Mphasis reported revenue from operations of Rs 40,025.79 crore, compared with Rs 35,613.38 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a 12.4% year-on-year increase. On a sequential basis, revenue rose from Rs 39,019.11 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a 2.6% quarter-on-quarter growth.

Profit for the period stood at Rs 4,421.85 crore, up from Rs 4,278.07 crore in Q3 FY25, translating into a 3.4% YoY increase. However, profit declined on a sequential basis from Rs 4,690.74 crore reported in the previous quarter, indicating a 5.7% QoQ decline.

During the quarter, total income was reported at Rs 40,649.61 crore, while total expenses stood at Rs 34,348.75 crore. Profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 5,930.95 crore, compared with Rs 5,691.51 crore in the year-ago period.
