Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd reported a strong performance for the third quarter, with earnings and revenue registering sharp year-on-year growth, while margins remained steady.
The company’s consolidated net profit rose to ₹30.4 crore in Q3, compared with ₹15.9 crore in the same quarter last year. This reflects a growth of approximately 91.2% YoY, indicating a significant improvement in bottom-line performance.
Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹90.0 crore, up from ₹57.6 crore in the corresponding period last year. This marks a growth of around 56.3% YoY, supported by higher execution and improved operational momentum.
EBITDA came in at ₹38.5 crore versus ₹24.7 crore a year ago, registering a rise of nearly 55.9% YoY. Despite the strong growth in operating profit, the Q3 EBITDA margin remained unchanged at 42.8% compared with 42.8% in the year-ago period, reflecting stable operational efficiency.
