ITC Hotels Limited reported a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), with net profit and revenue both seeing double-digit growth on a year-on-year basis.
Net profit rose 54% YoY to ₹133 crore, compared to ₹86.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue from operations grew 15% YoY to ₹815 crore, against ₹705 crore last year.
EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation & amortisation) improved 19% YoY to ₹246 crore, from ₹204.6 crore.
EBITDA margin expanded to 29.9%, compared to 29.03% in the corresponding period last year.
The performance was supported by higher occupancy rates and better average room rates, alongside controlled expenses. The company also reported total comprehensive income of ₹103.68 crore for the period, up from ₹25.97 crore last year.
With this strong start to FY26, ITC Hotels continues to benefit from the ongoing recovery in the hospitality and travel sector.
