Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of Mamaearth, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 41.3 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, marking a 2.6% rise from Rs 40.26 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, net profit jumped from Rs 24.98 crore in Q4 FY25.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 595.25 crore, up 7.4% from Rs 554.05 crore a year ago, and higher than Rs 533.56 crore in the previous quarter. Total income for the quarter was Rs 619.14 crore, compared to Rs 572.78 crore in Q1 FY25.
Total expenses rose to Rs 563.55 crore from Rs 520.38 crore last year, mainly due to higher purchases of traded goods at Rs 170.62 crore and increased employee benefit expenses of Rs 60.38 crore.
Profit before tax came in at Rs 55.59 crore, compared to Rs 52.39 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company’s total tax expenses were Rs 14.27 crore, up from Rs 12.14 crore in Q1 FY25.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, Honasa posted revenue from operations of Rs 2,066.95 crore and a net profit of Rs 72.69 crore.
