Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd reported its Q4 FY26 results with strong revenue growth but weaker profitability on a year-on-year basis for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.

The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 37.0% YoY to ₹2,632.67 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹1,922.19 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit after tax (PAT) fell 26.9% YoY to ₹52.14 crore, compared with ₹71.76 crore reported in Q4 FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue declined from ₹2,941.05 crore in Q3 FY26, while PAT dropped sharply from ₹158.15 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, Gujarat State Fertilizers reported revenue of ₹10,945.50 crore, up 14.8% from ₹9,533.96 crore in FY25.

Annual EBITDA stood at ₹276.37 crore, down 12.2% YoY from ₹314.68 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 2.5% from 3.3%. The company posted a full-year PAT of ₹673 crore in FY26, compared with ₹591.16 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 13.8% YoY.
