Coromandel International Limited announced a strong set of financial results for the second quarter (Q2 FY25), showcasing robust growth across key metrics despite a slight dip in margins.

The company reported a net profit of ₹805.2 crore, marking a 21.3% increase compared to ₹664 crore in the same period last year. This strong performance was driven by a surge in demand across its nutrient and crop protection segments.

Revenue for the quarter jumped 30% year-on-year to ₹9,654 crore, up from ₹7,433 crore in Q2 FY24, supported by higher sales volumes and better realizations.

Coromandel’s EBITDA also rose 17.6% YoY to ₹1,147 crore, against ₹975 crore a year ago, indicating operational resilience amid volatile input costs. However, the company’s EBITDA margin eased slightly to 12%, compared to 13% in the corresponding quarter last year.
