Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited announced its Q2 FY26 results, reporting a sequential improvement in profit but a decline compared to the same quarter last year.

The company posted revenue from operations of Rs 1,507.24 crore, down 6% year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 1,609.21 crore in Q2 FY25, though up 6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from Rs 1,420.64 crore in Q1 FY26. Including other income, total income stood at Rs 1,534.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Net profit after tax (PAT) came in at Rs 327.51 crore, marking a 17% decline YoY compared to Rs 395.05 crore in Q2 FY25. However, profit was up 2% QoQ from Rs 320.62 crore in Q1 FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter stood at Rs 442.28 crore, down from Rs 530.45 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting increased cost pressures and lower advertising spends compared to the prior year.

Total expenses rose to Rs 1,092.25 crore, compared to Rs 1,164.64 crore in Q2 FY25, with advertising and promotion expenses at Rs 225.10 crore during the quarter.

On a half-yearly basis, Colgate reported total income of Rs 2,986.53 crore, compared to Rs 3,215.20 crore in the same period last year.
