Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) reported a soft set of numbers for the quarter ended September 2025, with both profit and revenue showing a marginal decline compared to the same period last year.

The company’s consolidated net profit came in at ₹140 crore, down 13.6% from ₹162 crore in Q2 FY24. Revenue from operations stood at ₹318 crore, a slight dip of 1.2% from ₹322 crore a year ago.

Operating performance also weakened during the quarter. EBITDA dropped to ₹176 crore from ₹200 crore, marking a decline of 12% year-on-year. The EBITDA margin contracted to 55.3%, compared to 62.2% in the corresponding quarter last year.
