BLS E-Services Limited has reported a sharp rise in its Q1 FY26 financials, with consolidated net profit climbing 38.7% year-on-year to Rs 17.52 crore, compared to Rs 12.64 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations surged over 225% YoY to Rs 243.99 crore, up from Rs 75.03 crore in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at Rs 251.17 crore, significantly higher than Rs 82.28 crore in the year-ago period.
The company also witnessed a steep rise in expenses, which increased to Rs 227.81 crore from Rs 69.54 crore last year, mainly due to higher cost of services and employee expenses. Despite this, profit before tax more than doubled to Rs 23.36 crore from Rs 17.34 crore.
Tax expenses came in at Rs 5.84 crore, compared to Rs 4.70 crore in Q1 FY25. The total comprehensive income for the period stood at Rs 17.52 crore, up from Rs 12.62 crore YoY.
Profit attributable to the owners of the company was Rs 14.68 crore, while non-controlling interest stood at Rs 2.84 crore.
