AWL Agri Business Ltd reported a mixed performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), with revenue growth on a year-on-year basis but a sharp contraction in profitability compared with the same period last year.

Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹18,602.67 crore, compared with ₹16,838.86 crore in Q3 FY25. This represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 10.5%, driven by higher sales volumes and pricing during the quarter. Total income, including other income, rose to ₹18,734.82 crore from ₹16,905.55 crore, marking a YoY growth of about 10.8%.

EBITDA for Q3 FY26 declined sharply to ₹553 crore compared with ₹791.4 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting a YoY drop of about 30.1%. EBITDA margin contracted to 3% from 4.7% in the year-ago quarter, highlighting margin compression despite higher revenue.

Profit after tax for Q3 FY26 came in at ₹269.03 crore, compared with ₹410.93 crore in Q3 FY25. This represents a YoY decline of nearly 34.5%, highlighting the impact of rising input and operating costs on the company’s bottom line.
