Adani Energy Solutions reported its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, corresponding to Q3 FY26. The company recorded a year-on-year increase in revenue during the quarter, while net profit declined compared with the same period last year.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,729.65 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 5,830.26 crore reported in Q3 FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue increased from Rs 6,595.83 crore in Q2 FY26. Total income for the quarter came in at Rs 6,944.44 crore, compared with Rs 6,000.39 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year and Rs 6,767.15 crore in the preceding quarter.
On the profitability front, profit before tax for Q3 FY26 was reported at Rs 801.05 crore, higher than Rs 559.37 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 745.67 crore in Q2 FY26. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs 574.06 crore, declining from Rs 625.30 crore in the year-ago period, while remaining marginally higher than Rs 557.10 crore reported in the previous quarter.
