Adani Energy reported a mixed performance for the second quarter of FY26. The company’s net profit dropped 21% year-on-year to ₹534 crore compared to ₹675 crore in the same period last year. However, revenue saw an uptick of 6.7%, rising to ₹6,595 crore from ₹6,183 crore a year ago.

EBITDA witnessed a sharp improvement of 28.1%, reaching ₹2,289.4 crore against ₹1,786.8 crore YoY, reflecting better operational efficiency. The EBITDA margin also expanded to 34.7% from 28.9% last year, indicating stronger cost management and higher profitability from core operations.

In the meantime, Adani Energy shares ended slightly lower at ₹945.05 on Monday, compared to the opening price of ₹945.20. During the session, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹951.80 and a low of ₹942.00. Adani Energy has seen notable volatility in recent months, with its 52-week high at ₹1,090.95 and low at ₹588.00.
