Shares of Premier Energies Ltd gained nearly 2%, trading at ₹1,148.00 on Monday, 9:18AM after the company posted a sharp 167.2% year-on-year rise in Q4FY25 profit to ₹277.8 crore. Revenue during the quarter also rose 43.9% YoY to ₹1,620.8 crore, signaling robust growth in operational performance.

The company announced two strategic joint ventures—one with Nuevosol Energy for the production of aluminium frames for solar photovoltaic modules, and another with Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. (SAS) for setting up a solar wafer manufacturing unit. These JVs are aimed at expanding Premier’s backward integration and capacity in the solar equipment value chain.

On the NSE, the stock opened at ₹1,135 and hit an intraday high of ₹1,163.90 before closing at ₹1,125.95 in the previous session. Trading volume stood at over 9 lakh shares.
