PNC Infratech Ltd shares gained 3% in early trading following the company’s announcement of securing a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dated June 6, 2025, from the Public Works Department (PWD), Rajasthan. The contract involves the construction of a flyover connecting Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur city.

Awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, the project is valued at ₹239.94 crore and is expected to be completed within 24 months. The infrastructure development aims to significantly reduce traffic congestion and improve urban mobility in Bharatpur, a key urban hub in Rajasthan.

The contract is entirely domestic, with no involvement of promoters or promoter group in the awarding entity. This win strengthens PNC Infratech’s foothold in the road and infrastructure sector, supporting its strategic focus on India’s urban infrastructure growth.

PNC Infratech shares opened at ₹308.90 and reached a high of ₹316.35, with the day’s low at ₹308.90. The stock’s 52-week high stands at ₹539.50, while the 52-week low is ₹240.00.
