Net profit also saw a strong YoY rise of 22.7%, reaching ₹469.68 crore, compared to ₹383 crore in Q2 FY24.

  • Net Profit: Net profit after tax grew by 22.7% YoY to ₹469.68 crore in Q2 FY25, compared to ₹383 crore in the same quarter last year. The net profit also increased from ₹432.81 crore in Q1 FY25.

  • Revenue: For the first half of FY25, PNB Housing Finance reported a total revenue of ₹3,519.38 crore, up from ₹3,369.80 crore in the same period last year.
  • Net Profit: The net profit for H1 FY25 stood at ₹902.49 crore, compared to ₹730.32 crore in H1 FY24.
