Patanjali Foods Ltd. has announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 (Q2FY25), highlighting strong performance across its operations. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹8,154.19 crore, reflecting solid growth during the period.
Key highlights from Q2 FY25 include:
- Total EBITDA stood at ₹493.86 crore, marking a 17.81% year-on-year (YoY) increase with an EBITDA margin of 6.06%.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) amounted to ₹308.97 crore, reflecting a 21.38% YoY growth and a PAT margin of 3.77%.
- The Food & FMCG segment achieved sales of ₹2,303.66 crore and an EBITDA of ₹234.71 crore during the quarter.
For the first half of FY25 (April-September 2024), Patanjali Foods reported:
- Revenue from operations at ₹15,327.25 crore, with EBITDA of ₹928.93 crore.
- Food & FMCG segment sales of ₹4,257.21 crore, with an EBITDA of ₹418.76 crore.
Additionally, the company received Competition Commission of India (CCI) approval for the acquisition of PAL’s Home and Personal Care Business (HPC) on a slump sale basis at a cost of ₹1,100 crore. Patanjali Foods also declared an interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share.
