Shares of Panorama Studios International Ltd traded higher on Tuesday after the company announced a major content rights agreement through its subsidiary, Panorama Studios Inflight LLP.

At 9:20 AM on November 19, the stock was up 2.34%, trading at ₹183.90 compared to the previous close of ₹179.70.

Panorama Studios inks deal for airborne rights

The company said its subsidiary has executed a deal memo with Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited for exclusive global airborne rights to three upcoming Hindi films.

The deal covers the entire world, excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, and includes:

  • Raid 2 – Starring Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Vaani Kapoor; directed by Raj Kumar Gupta

  • Metro In Dino – Featuring Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi; directed by Anurag Basu

  • The Diplomat – Starring John Abraham, Sadia Khateeb, Jagjeet Sandhu; directed by Shivam Nair

What this means for the company

Panorama Studios said the agreement strengthens its presence in the in-flight entertainment segment, which has become an important distribution channel for premium Indian content.

The company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
