Shares of Nucleus Software Exports Limited fell sharply by over 6% on Monday, November 10, following the company’s weaker second-quarter performance for FY26. The stock was trading at Rs 966 on NSE, down 6.30% from the previous close.
In Q2 FY26, the company reported a 20.48% year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 26.29 crore, compared to Rs 33.06 crore in the same quarter last year. However, revenue rose 5.59% to Rs 213.51 crore from Rs 202.20 crore in Q2 FY25.

The decline in profitability despite higher revenue indicates margin compression during the September 2025 quarter, contributing to the stock’s decline in today’s session.
