The Sensex added 39.78 points, or 0.05%, to close at 83,978.49, while the Nifty gained 41.25 points, or 0.16%, to settle at 25,763.35. • Eternal moved up 1.5% to ₹322.4
• InterGlobe Aviation climbed 1.3% to ₹5,700
• State Bank of India gained 1.2% to ₹948.6
• Bharti Airtel rose 1.1% to ₹2,077
• Sun Pharmaceutical Industries edged up 0.9% to ₹1,706.6
