Indian benchmark indices ended higher in a volatile session on November 11, with the Nifty closing near the 25,700 mark. The Sensex gained 335.97 points, or 0.40%, to close at 83,871.32, while the Nifty rose 120.6 points, or 0.47%, to settle at 25,694.95.

  • Bajaj Finance was the top loser, slipping 7.4% to close at ₹1,005.2.

  • Bajaj Finserv declined 6.1% to end at ₹1,989.4.

  • ONGC fell 0.8% to ₹249.5.

  • Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles dropped 0.7% to ₹407.6.

  • Apollo Hospitals eased 0.4% to ₹7,501.0.

  • Tata Steel and Kotak Mahindra Bank both slipped 0.2%, closing at ₹181.0 and ₹2,088.2 respectively.

  • Power Grid Corporation declined 0.2% to ₹267.7.

  • Adani Enterprises edged down 0.2% to ₹2,366.8.

  • Max Healthcare ended 0.1% lower at ₹1,096.5.
