NBCC shares in focus as company secures Rs 448.74 crore project contracts

NBCC (India) Limited has announced that it has been awarded multiple project contracts with a combined value of approximately ₹448.74 crore. These contracts include:

  1. GAIL (India) Limited – Planning, designing, and execution of interior/fit-out works for office spaces on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors in Tower-G at the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. This project is valued at ₹50 crore.
  2. New India Assurance – Demolition, comprehensive design engineering, construction, and furnishing of four buildings for New India Assurance located at Andheri (W) and Malad (W) in Mumbai. The contract is valued at ₹136 crore.
  3. Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, U.P. (West) & Uttarakhand, Kanpur – Construction of Pratyaksha Kar Bhawan, including a residential complex with quarters of various types and MSTU setup at Kheora Bangar, Kanpur (U.P.). This is the largest contract of the three, valued at ₹262.74 crore.
