Morgan Stanley recently reiterated its Equal-Weight call on M&M Financial, with a target price of ₹320. The firm pointed out that while higher growth is expected in H2FY25, there are risks if disbursements don’t pick up. Disbursements have already fallen by 1% year-on-year, and the Gross NPA ratio increased to 3.8% from 3.56%, adding pressure to the stock. As a result, Morgan Stanley expects near-term weakness in the stock.
