The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) remains non-functional as of 10:30 AM on Tuesday, October 28, despite earlier assurances that trading would resume first at 9:30 AM and later at 10:30 AM through its Disaster Recovery (DR) platform.
According to the latest official update at 10:20 AM, the exchange stated that the commencement of trading has been delayed due to a technical issue, adding that trading will begin from the DR site once the problem is resolved. MCX also informed that the revised start time will be communicated to market participants shortly, while apologizing for the inconvenience caused.
As of 10:33 AM, MCX trading has still not started, and the exchange has not issued a fresh communication on the timeline for market resumption.
