Max Estates shares jumped more than 5% after the company completed a major investment deal with New York Life Insurance Company (NYL), securing ₹391 crore for a 49% stake in two key commercial assets: Max Towers and Max House (Phase I & II) in Noida and Delhi. Max Estates will retain a 51% stake in these properties.
The investment is part of NYL’s ongoing partnership with Max Estates, totaling ₹1,200 crores. The capital infusion will boost Max Estates’ potential for growth in Delhi-NCR’s fast-rising real estate sector, with a focus on both commercial and residential segments.
As of 11:30 am, Max Estates shares were trading 5.12% higher at Rs 617.35 on the NSE.
