Market Update:
The benchmark indices opening positive backed by positive trend on SGX Nifty and mixed global cues on July 17. At market opening, Sensex was trading at 36633.76 up by 162 points or 0.44% and Nifty trading at 10787 up by 47 points or 0.44% at 9:15 IST.
Earlier, The global markets indicated a flat to positive start for the Indian markets as SGX Nifty was trading up by 58 points at opening whereas Dow Jones and Nasdaq slip red at close. Asian markets at opening were trading with mixed figures.
Yes Bank, L&T Infotech, Cyient, HCL Tech are some of the major stocks to be in focus today. YES BANK FPO- Around 48% of the offering was subscribed on day 2 of FPO. L&T Infotech post Q1 results with 17% of jump in Net profit.
