The Indian indices go flat on closing after a positive opening on the Tuesday morning. Nifty slips around 11 points with a mark of 10,302 at closing and Sensex standing at 34,915 at 3:30 IST.
The markets ended flat ahead of the PM speech – Bajaj fin , Zee Ent and Grasim are out of the stocks that dragged the markets on tuesday noon.
During the trading session – Nestle, Tata Steel and Auto stocks were active gainers , Whereas Oil , Pharmaceutical stocks were on the losers side.

- Tata steel , Nestle , Maruti Suzuki and Shree Cements among the top gainers on the Nifty side.
- Coal India on the losers list for the second consecutive day of the week closing at 132.85 or negatively 2 points or nearly 1.5 percent.
- Nestle stands as the top gainer gaining nearly 450 points to 17,174 , Also with the construction stocks rising up – Shree cements contributed with a gain of 709 points or 3.17 percent to 23,051.
- Rupee stands at 75.78 against the US dollar.
- Oil and Gas stocks over a downfall , BPCL slips by around 10 points taking the share price to 374.00 after a Tuesday’s high of 389.25.
- Nifty bank gains while the other indices closing negative _ HDFC , Axis bank and Kotak Mahindra ending up as top gainers on Tuesday afternoon.
- However, Nifty posts best quarter in 11 years since as stated by Economic Times on Tuesday.
- Nifty – 668 stocks advanced and 962 stocks declined in the trading session.
