Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. shares jumped 2% in early trade today after the company announced the acquisition of a 13.46-acre land parcel in the upscale Mahalunge-Nande region of Pune. The newly acquired land is expected to have a development potential of approximately ₹3,500 crore, further strengthening the company’s footprint in one of Pune’s fastest-growing residential hubs.
According to the company, the land is strategically positioned within the Mahalunge-Nande-Maan corridor—an area that has seen robust housing demand and high absorption rates over the past few years. The new project will cater to the growing need for modern, premium residential spaces with world-class amenities.
The site is conveniently located near major educational institutions like Delhi Public School, Mahindra International School, and Symbiosis Centre for Management. It also offers quick access to IT and BFSI hubs such as Hinjewadi and Baner-Balewadi, making it a well-connected and highly desirable residential zone.
