Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited saw a notable 3% decline in its stock during morning trading today after reporting disappointing Q2 FY25 results.

The company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹14.01 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal year on lower income. It had reported a net loss of ₹18.93 crore in the year-ago period. However, total income fell to ₹16.96 crore, down from ₹26.70 crore year-on-year.

Mahindra Lifespace reported a net loss of Rs 1.27 crore from April to September of the current fiscal year, compared to a net loss of Rs 23.20 crore during the same period last year. In the first half of the current fiscal year, the total income increased from Rs 136.76 crore in the same period last year to Rs 222.66 crore.

As of 10:03 am, Mahindra Lifespace shares were trading 3.29% lower at Rs 478.10 on the NSE.
