LTIMindtree shares surged more than 2% in Friday’s trade after the IT major posted strong financial results for the second quarter of FY26, surpassing market expectations across key parameters.

On a consolidated basis, LTIMindtree’s revenue for Q2FY26 rose 5.6% sequentially to ₹10,394.3 crore, compared to ₹9,840.6 crore in the previous quarter, slightly above analysts’ estimates of ₹10,264.5 crore.

The company’s EBIT grew 17% quarter-on-quarter to ₹1,648.1 crore from ₹1,406.5 crore, comfortably beating estimates of ₹1,532 crore. Operating margin also improved to 15.9%, up from 14.3% in the previous quarter, reflecting better cost efficiencies and project mix.

Net profit jumped 12% QoQ to ₹1,401.1 crore compared to ₹1,254.1 crore in Q1FY26, surpassing Street expectations of ₹1,282.7 crore.
