Lemon Tree Hotels Limited’s shares have surged by 3.76%, reaching ₹128.75, up ₹4.67 from the previous close of ₹124.08. The rally follows the company’s announcement of a License Agreement for a new Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels property in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, scheduled to begin operations in FY27.
The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, and will feature 46 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a bar, and other public areas.
Strategic location and expansion plans
The upcoming hotel will be strategically located in Bhopal, also known as the “City of Lakes”. It is situated 17 km from Raja Bhoj Airport and 6 km from Bhopal Railway Station, making it accessible via road, air, and rail.
