Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. saw its shares jump over 6% in early morning trading after announcing that it has secured two significant contracts worth approximately ₹157 crore from the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. The agreements, covering sanitation and security services, are set to run for two years, from October 16, 2025, to October 15, 2027.

Under the sanitation services contract, valued at around ₹83 crore, Krystal will deploy sweepers and cleaning staff under a manpower-based model to maintain daily cleanliness in educational institutions managed by the Directorate. The services will cover classrooms, washrooms, building exteriors, playgrounds, and stadiums. The company plans to use trained personnel, advanced cleaning equipment, and eco-friendly products to ensure high hygiene standards, creating a safe and healthy environment for students, teachers, and staff across Delhi’s school network.

In addition, Krystal has secured a ₹74 crore Security Manpower Services 2.0 contract, which involves deploying more than 1,100 trained unarmed security personnel across offices, educational institutions, residential zones, and commercial properties under the Directorate of Education. Their responsibilities will include access control, 24/7 monitoring, and emergency response, ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.
