Krystal Integrated Services Limited witnessed a sharp jump of over 5% in its shares today following the announcement of a significant contract win. As of 11:12 AM, the shares were trading 4.71% higher at Rs 676.00.
The company has been awarded a three-year contract by the Director of Medical Education (DME), Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, to provide Sanitation and Housekeeping Services for hospitals and institutions under DME’s control across Zone-I, which includes Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, and East Godavari districts.
The contract was received on September 15, 2025, with an approximate value of Rs. 168 crore, excluding all duties and taxes. The services will be executed over a three-year period as part of the company’s regular business operations.
Krystal Integrated clarified that this order was awarded by a domestic entity, and there is no involvement of promoters, promoter groups, or related parties, ensuring transparency and adherence to SEBI regulations.
This strategic contract win reinforces Krystal Integrated’s strong foothold in the facility management and sanitation sector.
