Kotak Mahindra Bank witnessd a rally of 9 percent in early trade on Tuesday, a day after the private lender reported its Q2 FY2021 results.
The share opened at Rs 1,452.50 with previous closing at Rs 1,416.90. It touched a day’s high of Rs 1,554.
The Mumbai based company recorded a profit of Rs 2,184.5 crore in the September quarter, a 26% YoY growth. Net interest income (NII) increased by 16.8% to Rs 3,913.2 crore in Q2 compared to the corresponding period previous fiscal.
