Shares of Keystone Realtors Ltd slipped 4.21% to ₹586.65 in early trade on Tuesday after the company’s promoters announced an Offer for Sale (OFS) to divest a part of their stake.

Promoters Boman Rustom Irani, Chandresh Dinesh Mehta, and Percy Chowdhry are set to sell up to 4.57 million shares, representing 3.63% of the company’s total equity, in a deal valued at approximately ₹251.7 crore.

The floor price for the offer has been fixed at ₹550 per share, marking a 10.2% discount to the previous closing price of ₹612.45 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) as of October 14, 2025.

The OFS opens for non-retail investors on October 15, while retail participation is expected to follow a day later. Market participants said the discount-driven pricing reflects efforts by the promoters to enhance liquidity and increase public float.

At 9:16 AM, shares were trading at ₹586.65, down ₹25.80 or 4.21%, following the announcement.
