Shares of Karnataka Bank came under sharp selling pressure on Friday, sliding more than 5% during intraday trade. The stock touched an intraday low of ₹195.60 after opening at ₹207.80, compared with the previous close of ₹206.92.
During the session, Karnataka Bank shares fluctuated within a wide range, hitting a high of ₹212.40 before slipping sharply. As of 2:36 PM, trading volumes surged to around 1.46 crore shares.
On a longer-term basis, the stock is currently trading above its 52-week low of ₹162.20, while remaining below its 52-week high of ₹220.40.
