Kajaria Ceramics shares dropped more than 4% after the company announced its Q2 FY25 result.

The net profit of the firm for the quarter that ended on September 30, 2024,  stood at ₹85 crore, which is a 21.27% year-over-year (YoY) decline from ₹108 crore during the same period last year.

Kajaria Ceramics generated ₹1,179.27 crore in revenue from operations, a 5.9% YoY increase over ₹1,113.69 crore in Q2 FY24, despite the decline in net profit.

As of 2:27 pm, Kajaria Ceramics shares were trading 4.70% lower at Rs 1291.30 on the NSE.
