Insolation Energy’s shares jumped 4% following the announcement that its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024.
The Rs 10,000 crore deal focuses on large-scale solar power generation, component manufacturing, EPC projects, and the development of solar parks in Rajasthan, with a target completion date of 2030.
As of 2:47 pm, Insolation Energy shares were trading 3.46% higher at Rs 4,217.95 on the NSE.
