Infosys has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help enterprises accelerate the adoption of generative artificial intelligence across business operations. The partnership brings together Infosys’ AI-first offerings under Infosys Topaz and AWS’s generative AI capabilities to drive productivity, innovation, and improved customer experiences across multiple industries.

As part of this initiative, Infosys is integrating Infosys Topaz with Amazon Q Developer to strengthen its internal operations while also building scalable, industry-ready solutions for clients. The collaboration targets sectors such as manufacturing, telecom, financial services, consumer goods, and sports and entertainment, where enterprises are increasingly looking to deploy generative AI at scale.

Within Infosys’ own operations, the use of Infosys Topaz is enabling AI-led transformation across critical functions including software development, human resources, recruitment, sales, and vendor management. In the software development lifecycle, the integration with Amazon Q Developer supports automated documentation and offers contextual assistance for code generation, debugging, testing, and modernization of legacy applications. This approach is designed to improve development efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy across complex technology environments.

The collaboration with AWS also allows Infosys to leverage a broader range of AWS generative AI services to build advanced, customer-facing solutions. By combining Infosys Topaz with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Infosys is delivering real-time, personalized engagement capabilities for end users. These solutions are particularly relevant in sports and entertainment, where dynamic content and interactive experiences are increasingly critical to fan engagement at global scale.
