HSBC has maintained Buy ratings on Embassy REIT (TP ₹435) and Brookfield REIT (TP ₹330), viewing the space as well-positioned for another year of strong returns.
The brokerage noted that distribution per unit (DPU) grew strongly, with yields at 6–7%. After delivering mid-teen returns last year, HSBC expects a similar return profile in FY26.
Improving occupancies and increasing marginal rents are seen as key growth catalysts, while new asset builds and acquisitions are setting the stage for sustained growth in the coming quarters.
