Honasa Consumer Ltd., the parent company of Mamaearth, saw its shares jump 7% following the release of its Q3FY25 financial results. As of 9:26 AM, the shares were trading 7.35% higher at Rs 219.76.
The company reported a 6% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth, reaching ₹518 crore, with a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹26 crore. The EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 5.0%.
For the first nine months of FY25 (9MFY25), Honasa’s revenue touched ₹1,533 crore, reflecting a 5.8% YoY growth. Adjusted for one-time inventory correction in Q2FY25, the revenue stood at ₹1,596 crore, indicating a 10.2% YoY increase. The company continued expanding its offline distribution network through Project Neev, strengthening its presence in India’s top 50 cities. Mamaearth’s retail footprint grew by 22% YoY, reaching 2,16,814 FMCG outlets.
Mamaearth’s face wash and shampoo segments gained market share, while newer brands like The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, and Dr. Sheth’s recorded over 30% YoY growth. Focus categories, including face wash, serums, sun care, and baby care, saw an 18% rise in 9MFY25, excluding inventory adjustments. Quick-commerce channels also boomed, posting a staggering 200%+ YoY growth.
