Hero MotoCorp shares reached its new 52-week low of Rs 3,630.55 after the company reported a 20% year-on-year (YoY) decline in total sales for February 2025. As of 11:21 AM, the shares were trading 1.25% lower at Rs 3,635.00.

The two-wheeler giant sold 3,88,068 units last month, significantly lower than 4,68,410 units sold in February 2024. The figure also fell short of Nomura’s estimated 4.4 lakh units, impacting investor sentiment.

Domestic & Export Performance

Hero MotoCorp’s domestic sales also dropped 20% YoY to 3,57,296 units in February. While motorcycle sales stood at 3,52,312 units, scooter sales grew to 35,756 units, surpassing last year’s figures.

On a positive note, exports surged 33% YoY to 30,772 units, marking the third consecutive month of exports exceeding 30,000 units. So far in FY25, Hero has exported 2,47,911 units, signaling strong demand in international markets.

Hero MotoCorp shares opened at ₹3,644.05, reaching a high of ₹3,715.00 and a low of ₹3,630.55. The stock hit its 52-week low today at ₹3,630.55, while the 52-week high stands at ₹6,246.25.
