Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has received a work order from Tata Steel Limited for the design, engineering, execution and handover of an OPR & NOPR residential colony at TSSIJ, Bileipada, Joda, according to the company’s intimation dated February 20, 2026 .
The project involves the construction of G+9 apartment blocks for employees, including civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing and sanitary works, fire-fighting systems, waterproofing, underground and overhead water storage tanks, area development and installation of automated elevators.
The development will comprise 288 Non-Operational Staff Residential units of approximately 900 sq. ft. each and 72 Operational Staff Residential units of around 1,100 sq. ft. each.
As per the details disclosed in Annexure A, the total consideration for the contract stands at Rs 1,82,95,03,800.04 plus applicable GST. The project is to be executed over a period of 24 months and has been awarded by a domestic entity.
