Q1 FY26 financial performance

For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, Hathway posted a net profit of ₹31.03 crore, marking a sharp 69% increase year-on-year compared to ₹18.32 crore in the same quarter last year. The profit was also up sequentially from ₹34.80 crore in the March 2025 quarter.

Revenue from operations rose to ₹530.50 crore from ₹502.61 crore in Q1 FY25. Total income for the quarter came in at ₹564.23 crore, compared to ₹524.36 crore a year earlier. EBITDA improved on the back of stable operating costs and higher revenue.

Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹527.95 crore versus ₹503.14 crore a year ago. Profit before tax rose to ₹40.28 crore from ₹25.29 crore in Q1 FY25.

Investors cheered the robust earnings growth and margin improvement, propelling the stock higher in today’s session.
